PRIVATE & DUET SESSIONS
Get ready to tone your muscles and enjoy undivided instructor attention at Jaime's private, modern studio in Culver City, California. Sessions are 55 minutes long and can include core work, conditioning and fast-paced interval training. Bring a friend and make it a duet!
CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT
Dive into your 1st session (Essential, Intermediate or Advanced) and learn the basics or challenge yourself with deep muscle work. Referred by local physical therapists, Jaime also offers gentle injury rehab and pre/post-natal exercises. She's a birth doula too!
Improve flexibility and balance on state-of-the-art Stott V2 Max Plus Reformers, Stability chairs, Spine correctors and more. Warm up and move to streaming hip hop, R&B or eclectic music that energizes your body and mind.
